Recipe Objective
Make 3D surface plots using plotly.
Surface plots which has three dimensional data, rather than showing the individual data points the plot is having functional relationship between dependent varibale and having 2 indepedent variables. The plot is mainly used for distinguish between dependent and independent variable.

Step 1 - Import libraries
import plotly.graph_objects as go
import numpy as np
Step 2 - Take Sample data
X = np.outer(np.linspace(-3, 4, 40), np.ones(40))
Y = x.copy().T
Z = np.cos(x ** 2 + y ** 2)
Step 3 - Plot graph
fig = go.Figure(data=[go.Surface(x=X, y=Y, z=Z)])
fig.show()
