  • Support the entire customer engagement including onboarding and ongoing operations
  • Lead the support of the Optimization Framework
  • Work with R&D staff to understand the details of the algorithms being employed by the optimization platform
  • Work with the Optimization Architect to improve the optimization framework
  • Refine user interaction with the Optimization platform
  • Become a subject matter expert in optimization of Reinsurance portfolios
  • Support customers with custom development and problem resolution
  • Participate in multiple research and analytics projects simultaneously
  • Lead discussions on customer engagement reviews, internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices
  • Develop and organize support documentation
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of Analyze Re University, including robust FAQs and searchable knowledge base
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Recommend new initiatives to improve client success




  • Expert in at least 1 popular data analytics language (Julia, R, Matlab, Python, etc)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and VBA skills
  • Ability to analyze, model and interpret data
  • Formal education in economics, maths and statistics is desired
  • Experience with software such as Atlassian Service Desk, JIRA, or ZenDesk, etc.
  • Skilled in triaging, prioritizing, categorizing and resolving production-impacting incidents
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and negotiation skills when interacting with engineers, customers, and business stakeholders
  • Experience in managing medium- to large-scale customer success projects
  • Desire to learn new technologies and apply that knowledge on a daily basis
