how to calculate a value of unlisted company?

if there is a company going to list after two years and given stock options to its employees .. how can i value/ share of this company?

If the company has raised money from investors, then those investors would have already valued the company. So the company management will know what the valuation is.

If you want to value, then you have to mostly use a Comparable Trading Analyst (covered in the investment banking course) to better understand valuation.


If you clarify what industry the company is in, rough revenues etc, then I may be able to help you.


Angel investors and stake holders of a company ( unlisted ) are well aware of the valuations of the company . In case of further dilution , net assets value is taken into consideration.
