to transfer data in Tally ERP 9 is covered under Data Synchronisation. You can attend a webinar by registering for a Data Synchronisation webinar at Tally Solutions website.
for data transfer you have to use Tally.NET feature (or the Tally.NET account. You then have to make an admin user of this account. Add other remote users (who will transfer data from Kolkata) and give them authorization for this purpose. All of this will be done within Tally.
