Copy the cell which contains your value.
Then right click on the cell where you want to paste your value and then select paste special.
From the dropdown menu select "values" and then click "okay"

ONLY YOUR VALUE WILL BE COPIED...!!!!

You can also click on the button below "Paste" button and from the dropdown menu select "Paste values"

To copy only the value from a cell and not the formula, right-click on the cell and copy.

In the destination cell, right-click on the cell --> Paste Special option --> Select Values option.
