While placing an All-or none order, the main condition set by the trader is that the entire quantity of shares have to be traded at a single price. Suppose for an order of 200 shares, the trader wants the entire bulk of 200 shares to be traded at a unified price rather than differential price for different set of stocks out of 200 stocks made available for trading.
