it is simple math
Formula --->
Increase = [(x+1)-x]/x
i.e. staff cost for Dominos in 2008 = 425.07 & in 2009 = 555.67
so increase = (555.67-425.07)/425.07
= 130.6/425.07
= 0.307 or 30.7%
