Short-cut key for locking is F4
otherwise you can lock it by inserting $ symbol manually.
H202 -> no lock
H$202 -> only row value is locked
$H202 -> only column value is locked
$H$202 -> both column vale and row value are locked
1. Select the cell -> press F2 to make formula visible -> press F4 repeatedly until you get your desirable lock (or insert $ symbol manually)
2. Select the cell -> point your cursor to formula bar -> press F4 repeatedly until you get your desirable lock (or insert $ symbol manually)

-- To lock any cell reference in Excel, simply insert $ sign before the row name and column number depending whether you want to lock the row or column number.
-- This can be also done automatically by pressing the F4 key which locks the cell making it absolute reference.
