hello urvashi. check to see if there is a blue colored line moving from left to right next to the play/pause button below the video screen. this blue line actually shows how much of the video is loading. if its not moving it could mean that either :

1) your internet connection is not fast enough (use broad-band and hopefully you won't have any problems viewing the video)

2) your flash player is not the latest version (download the latest flash player version from the internet)

if it still doesn't work or you are facing any other problem let me know. hopefully we will sort it out for you.
