How we can prepare the salary statements

2 Answer(s)

I'll choose to answer in two parts for convenience...

PART 1-
Employee database can be prepare in a excel sheet, you have to add columns like :
Name of the Employee
Employee id
Date of Birth
Father's Name
Department/Division(If any)
Department/Division Head
Date of Joining
Qualification
Designation
Date of confirmation(if probationary period applicable)
Present Salary
Last Date of Increment
Amount of Increment
Contact No.
Bank A/c no.
PF A/C No.
ESI Insurance No.(If any)
PAN No.
Email id
Blood Group
Contact Address

PART 2-

When you paste it from outlook to excel(spread sheet), there will be a helper box which will appear in the lower right corner of the sheet.

Click it and choose Keep Source Formatting.
Otherwise, it may be applying Destination Styles, which is not you require or it maybe different from outlook.
same works for most editions of ms office like 2000,2007,2010,etc

Hope this will help you.

Ravi Kiran
