I believe a page is just a static html page and a form is a page with a web form on it to post back data.

Yes I think you are right. It says that a page can have multiple forms. Form is dynamic for inputting and outputting data whereas page jus statically displays it.

No guys you are partly right form is where you input data and page can be anything it can contain forms, another pages, images or any dynamic or static content.
