I made multiple requests for those videos, but no one seems to be interested even to respond. I agree that we hold on further classroom sessions to be able to catch up.

I am failed to understand how they are doing this training? It seems to me they dont care about students..
Anyways, i was told by my company to take this course as a trial for our 20 member team and the way they are responding i will have to look for other options.

That is the only thing left here... I am planning to drop from this class and request for refund.
