From the question its not evident on what mapreduce were you executing? what steps were followed to import the project into eclipse?

Let us know the mapreduce program so that we can let you know the data file location and also the commands to execute from the terminal.

The instructor (Deb?) had the entire class download a group of mapreduce programs.
I don't have the link but it resembled ?gutenburg?;

When you import the projects into eclipse, all of them are errored out in red because the path is incorrect.

There were 2 paths that had to be erased and 2 new ones had to be created.

Deb did this as part of the clas before he lost power, but he went too fast.
