Click on the download button as shown in the screenshot. If it fails because of some network distruption try use the another link from the same file shared with you. If still fails please let us know the link that you are using.

I checked two upper links they are just fine.
After click on the Download button as I get this page.
After click on "Download Anyway" button as shown in the image below.
A new window will pop up and ask to open or save the file. Select the save and click on OK button and you are done.

You downloaded the right file. Just use either winrar or any other zip extractor to unzip the file and you will get the cloudera vm image inside that.
