Hi Ramesh,
Please check the file exits in the ubuntu using(any of the following)-
1 - ls /file_location
2 - Then refresh(green cycle) the winscp server page. Press the CTRL+R for the same.
- Then check whether file is still there. If not please upload it again.
3 - Copy the file again, you get any message to replace the file, click on yes/yes_to_all.

You do not need any winscp to transfer files, you can follow steps provided in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnQxHIJHi6E.

whenever you copy files they will be placed in the either the "home/cloudera" or "Download" location.
