Do you think investors read 10K/10Q of a company before investing in that company? Or, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow are enough to judge a company before investing into it? if we have to read 10K/10Q what all we need to look for - i need some general guidelines to read 10K/10Q to form objectivity before reading these docs.

Fundamental value investors like Warren Buffet read everything in the 10k and 10Q. Apart from the financial statements the most important section of the filing is the MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis)- this is were the company explains what is happening in the financial statements.
