You are using the VM Player free version, which doesn't allow the option of Clone.

If you want to clone the machine, either you can purchase vmware workstation or you can do it manually.

But even you clone it manually you won't be able to run more than one machine at a time in vmplayer. Only Vmware workstation allow you to run more than one machine at a time.

These two are limitation of the vmplayer over vmware workstation.

If you still want to go for cluster, please use the Oracle Virtual box v4.3.26.
