Hi Ritu,

Cloudera provide users to make changes in the /user/cloudera directory only. If you would like to make changes in the other directories apart from /user/cloudera, you need superuser permission.
Please use the following to perform the same task with superuser permission:
$ sudo -u hdfs hadoop fs -mkdir /dezyre
