I am also having the same situation. Just see the black screen in the window.

Hope we need to raise the issue with the support team.


HI,

It is still not working. I can see the play button but clicking on it doesn't start the recording. As Nikhil mentioned in this previous comment, even I see a black screen. Please expedite the resolution as I have to go through few of the recordings.

I tried on Microsoft edge browser and it's working there. Might be summer issue with chrome. Try on some other browser.


Thanks Nikhil, It is working on Internet Explorer. I was also trying using chrome and it was giving a problem. Issue resolved. :)
