Pro-forma EPS is the resultant EPS after a particular transaction like a merger or an acquisition or a new project.
Non-GAAP EPS is EPS that doesnt confirm to the local GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles)

These are 2 very different measures. One (pro forma) refers to results of a transaction and the other (GAAP) refers to the accounting rules.
