How to maintain leave record in Tally?

hi manish! I think you should do the following steps:
1) create a masters record for Paid Leave, Sick Leave and Casual Leave
from Gateway of Tally > Payroll Info (Masters) > Attendance/Production Types > Create
in the create screen create PL, SL and CL either under Primary or under Present with attendance type as Leave with Pay (depends upon your company policy, you can also select Leave without Pay) and select Days in Period Type.
2) create attendance vouchers (assuming you have already created Units/Work in payroll masters) and record days for Present, SL, PL and CL
hopefully I have been clear. if there is a problem let me know. best of luck!
