Hi,
Based on the system you have, pls check for BIOS updates for the system on the manufacturers site. Accordingly upgrade BIOS and the virtualization option will be available in the bios settings, which we can enable.
I had the same issue with virtualization option not available in the bios settings. I checked for updates and once bios was upgraded,I could find the option for enabling virtualization.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Please check HP site for the mentioned model number and search for any BIOS updates.
But, before you download and install, it would be good to check the BIOS version on the notebook and compare with what is available on HP site and then upgrade or make changes.
Another option before upgrading BIOS, not sure if you have already watched this video, you could check this to enable virtualization - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YzaCOZAYtJs
