Please delete the previous files you are using. Please download new connectivity package from your dashboard.
- Copy dzhadoop.pem to your desktop.
Run these commands:
- cd Desktop
- chmod 400 dzhadoop.pem
- ssh -i dzhadoop.pem ec2-user@ec2-52-53-239-240-240.us-west-1.amazonaws.com

I think you forget to copy the dzhadoop.pem file to Desktop.

I did copy the file, i even copied the file and also kept one in the original connectivity package. I followed your steps and I am still getting this error
