I have learnt following ways to convert a non-normal data to normal form to bring more accuracy -
1) Using transformation (x-mean(x))/sd(x)
2) Using sklearn.StandardScaler
Is it like we can choose either of them in any situation without any difference or there are specific cases to use them?
It's scales the data using z-test in the range of min to Max according to the column range
Irrespective of the column range it will scale the data in - to 1
