How to convert text into lowercase and uppercase using power bi DAX

Recipe Objective - How to convert text into lowercase and uppercase using Power BI DAX?

LOWER - Converts all letters in a text string to lowercase.

UPPER - Converts all letters in a text string to uppercase.

Step 1 - Open Power BI report

Step 2 - New measure

Go to Fields pane -> Right-click on Dataset -> New measure

Step 3 - Dax query(LOWER function)

Write down the formula as lower = LOWER("HELLO")

This will convert HELLO into hello.

Step 4 - New measure

Step 5 - Dax query(UPPER function)

Write down the formula as upper = UPPER("hello")

This will convert hello into HELLO.

In this way, we can convert text into lowercase and uppercase using Power BI DAX.
