Recipe Objective - How to create a calculated column in power bi?

Task - Make a calculated column(Employee Name) that contains the Full names of employees using the 'Employee' dataset.

Apply Machine Learning to Demand Forecasting Data Science Problems

Step 1 - Open power bi report

Step 2 - Load the dataset

To load dataset, go to Home -> Get data -> Choose data source -> Select dataset file -> Load

Step 3 - Create a calculated column

To create calculated column go to Fields pane -> Right click on dataset(table) -> New column -> Write below formula -> Press Enter

Employee Name = [First Name] & " " & [Last Name]

In this way, we can create a calculated column in power bi.
