Recipe Objective:-How does the user interface look in QlikView?

Step 1:

Open QlikView 12 software. When software is installed and opened the first time, a Start page will be available by default. We can untick the check box below to avoid the start page while launching QlikView every time.

Step 2:

On the start page, we can see the Examples, Recent and Favorites tab. The saved files will appear under the Recent tab.

Step 3:

On the top, we can see the Menu bar consisting of different options, and at the bottom New Document option is available. A Document Wizard and the Main Sheet/QlikView document will open by clicking on the New Document option.

Step 4:

After selection of Database/File, saving it, select the chart, selecting dimensions and expression, it can then be available in the Main sheet/QlikView document.
