Explain Multi threading in julia

This recipe explains what Multi threading in julia

Recipe Objective

This recipe explains multi-threading in julia.

Multi-Threading

Julia starts with single thread of execution by default, we can verify this by using command Threads.nthreads(). --threads command line argument requires at least Julia 1.5. In older versions we must use the environment variable instead.

Threads.nthreads()
--threads 3
Threads.nthreads()
S hreads.threadid()
