Step 2 - Add a 'Scatter chart' visual in the power bi report.

To add 'Scatter chart', go to Visualization pane -> Drag and drop 'Scatter chart' visual in power bi report.

Step 3 - Add fields into the 'Scatter chart' visual

Put 'Sub-category' in Legends, 'Profit' in X-Axis, 'Sales' in Y-Axis and 'Quantity' in Size.
