Zeros
Its syntax is: tflearn.initializations.zeros (shape=None, dtype=tf.float32, seed=None)
It initializes a tensor with all elements equal to zero.
def Zeros(s=None, d=tf.float32, seed=None):
if s:
return tf.zeros(s, dtype=d)

return tf.constant_initializer(0.)
