Connecting to DeZyre

Hi Sridhar,

New document to connect to Dezyre cluster has been uploaded on your dashboard. Please check you are using the latest document.


I have downloaded the new instructions, as well as, the dzsl_hduser_pem.ppk file from "Option 2: Remote access to DeZyre Hadoop Clusters - Resources". Unfortunately the same error " Network error: Connection timed out" is being presented. I would really appreciate a quick resolution.

If required, you may view/log into my computer remotely, at a mutually aggreeable time. My learning and beginning on the project has come to a stop!

I corrected a mistake and entered the correct Hostname as hduser@10.25.2.148.  I am being presented with a diffrent error message now: 

    Using username "hduser"

    Server refused our key

    hdyser@10.25.2.148's Password:

Hi Sridhar,

Please connect to VPN first to access the IP. If you are facing any issue in connecting to VPN or if you are connected to VPN but still getting the timeout or refused key issue, Let me know your response.
