Recipe Objective - How to create our own measure in Power BI?
Task - Create a new measure that calculates the average sales from the superstore dataset.
Step 1 - Open Power BI report
Step 2 - New measure
Go to Fields pane -> Right click on Dataset -> New measure
Step 3 - Dax query(Average function)
Write down the formula as Average Sales = Average([Sales])
In this way, we can create our own measure in Power BI.
