Recipe Objective - How to download dataset from "openml.org" sklearn?

The "openml.org" is a public data repository for machine learning data and experiments, that allows everybody to upload open datasets.

Scikit learn is the open-sourced python machine learning library for building the supervised and unsupervised model. 

Scikit learn provides the "sklearn.datasets" package. The "sklearn.datasets" package is able to directly download data sets from the repository by using "sklearn.datasets.fetch_openml" function.
