Recipe Objective - What are KEEPFILTERS and REMOVEFILTERS functions in Power BI?

KEEPFILTERS - Modifies how filters are applied while evaluating a CALCULATE or CALCULATETABLE function.

REMOVEFILTERS - Clear filters from the specified tables or columns.

Syntax of KEEPFILTERS -

KEEPFILTERS(expression)

Parameters -

expression - Any expression.

It returns a table of values.

Syntax of REMOVEFILTERS -

REMOVEFILTERS([table | column, [column, [column,[…]]]])

Parameters -

table - The table that you want to clear filters on.

column - The column that you want to clear filters on.

In this way, we can use KEEPFILTERS and REMOVEFILTERS functions in Power BI.
